Baerbel Johnson

     Baerbel K. Johnson, A.G. ® works for FamilySearch as International Research Consultant. She holds degrees in Family and Local History Studies and Sociology from BYU, and has more than twenty years of extensive experience in European family history research with emphasis on Germany.

She has published a number of journal articles, contributed material for several books, and lectured at various conferences. Her personal interest is in “putting flesh on the genealogical skeleton” by placing each individual within a proper social and historical context.

A member of ICAPGen, NGS, the German Professional Genealogists Associations, and the German Society for Computer Genealogy.

Anita Olsen

Anita has served 12 years  at the Family History Center in Brigham City, Utah as a family history consultant, teacher, and staff trainer.  She loves teaching Scandinavian research to the community. She is a volunteer FamilySearch Wiki Contributor, and is in the process of  making  “how to books” on Scandinavian research for her workshops. She has been a professional genealogist for 5 years. She will have her AG this year.Her class at the upcoming ICAPGen Conference is entitled:”Clues in Scandinavian Vital Records”.
