Is it time to renew your AG^® credential? Accreditation must be renewed every five years. If that time is drawing near for you, or even if you are looking ahead to future years, it’s good to know how to prepare.

To access the renewal requirements page with detailed instructions, you must first be logged in to your account on the ICAPGen℠ website.  Then scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the “Renew Your Credentials” link.

If you are logged in, you will then have access to the Renewal Requirements page and the AG Renewal Checklist.

The renewal process includes a completed Accreditation Renewal Form, a letter that summarizes your genealogical activities during the previous five years, a 3-5 page research report, and a signed ethics agreement.
