New “Writing a Quality Report” video is an excellent resource for all genealogists

Sixth in a series of ICAPGenSM videos designed to educate genealogists and support those in the process of credentialing, “Writing a Quality Report” has been published to our YouTube channel.  Diana Elder,AG®, ICAPGen presentation specialist, provides an excellent and thorough look at this critical skill we all need to develop and maintain.
